Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred

JOB PURPOSE

To drive profitable sales growth for Messung Workplace Technology's range of ESD workstations, laboratory furniture, industrial seating, storage, material movement and packaging solutions, by developing new accounts, managing key customer relationships, and providing technical solution across target industries such as electronics manufacturing, technical education, medical electronics, and defence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive end-to-end business development for WPT products (AFM PLUS / STD / ECO / APP / SERVREX PLUS ranges) across assigned territory or industry vertical.
- Identify, qualify,



and convert recent business opportunities in electronics manufacturing, EMS, technical education, medical electronics, defence, and other target industries.
- Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets for the assigned territory / accounts, in line with the division's annual operating plan.
- Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand workspace and workstation requirements, and recommend suitable ESD-safe, ergonomic solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders in line with the Customer Sales Policy and approved pricing/discount guidelines.
- Build and manage a channel of dealer’s/system integrators/OEMs where applicable to expand market reach.
- Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business, high customer satisfaction, and expansion of wallet share.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and installation as per customer commitments.
