SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research (search volume, intent, difficulty, competitor gaps) to guide content and landing page strategy for the US market.
- Perform on-page SEO meta titles/descriptions, header structure, internal linking, content optimization.
- Run technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability) and coordinate fixes with dev/design.
- Build and execute link-building / off-page strategies where relevant.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion trends; report monthly with actionable recommendations.

Paid Advertising
- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Extend campaigns to other platforms as needed — LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Amazon Ads.
- Own audience targeting, bid strategy, budget allocation/pacing, and A/B testing of creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)



and optimize campaigns proactively — not just report after the fact.
- Set up and QA conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and basic attribution across platforms.

General
- Collaborate with content, design, and social teams to align paid/organic messaging with overall brand strategy.
- Benchmark competitor SEO and ad strategies to identify opportunities.
- Manage and report on marketing budgets accurately and transparently.
- Stay current with Google/Meta algorithm and ad-platform policy changes.

Must-Have Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running live SEO and paid campaigns for a brand or client (agency or in-house).
- Proven experience with keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar).
- Hands-on experience managing real ad spend on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager can speak to actual budgets and results managed.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics
