Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Trainer to join our team. The Inside Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our inside sales team.
The role requires a strong understanding of B2C inside sales, sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, closing strategies, call auditing, and call coaching.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Inside Sales experience in a B2C or EdTech environment, where you have personally converted customers through phone-based sales.
- Proven ability to change sales behaviour and improve performance, not just deliver theoretical training or frameworks.
- Ability to coach sales executives and demonstrate measurable improvement in their call quality and conversion.
- Fluency in Telugu - both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work WFO in Hyderabad.
- Comfortable working in a sales floor environment and closely engaging with the sales team.
Responsibilities1. Training Program Design & Development
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs based on the requirements of the respective category.
- Create training modules, content, materials, and resources from scratch where required.
- Develop training content covering:
- Sales techniques
- Product knowledge
- Objection handling
- Closing strategies
- Customer relationship management
2. Onboarding & Orientation
- Lead the onboarding and training process for new Inside Sales team members.
- Ensure recent team members have the required product, process, and sales knowledge before going live.
3. Sales Coaching & Call Auditing
- Conduct regular call audits and call coaching sessions.
- Identify individual skill gaps and provide one-on-one coaching.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve call quality, sales behaviour, and conversion.
