Position: Performance Marketing Executive (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Video, Demand Gen).
- Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives and target audience.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and ROI.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Pixel.
- Create audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and lookalike audiences.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.

Required Skills:




- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing campaigns for:
- E-commerce Brands
- Individual Businesses
- Educational Institutes
- Retail & Franchise Businesses
- Good understanding of:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Search Console (preferred)
- Conversion Tracking
- Audience Targeting & Remarketing
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
