About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B Software / IT Services sales to drive business growth and own the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting mid-sized startups and enterprises.

Build and maintain a strong prospect database.

Conduct discovery discussions to understand client pain points and business challenges.

Position TechBulls' IT services and engagement models effectively.

Drive solution discussions, demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets.

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales activity in the CRM.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.





Provide timely and accurate sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Work closely with technical/delivery teams to develop relevant solutions and proposals.

Required Experience & Skills

10+ years of B2B sales experience in the Software / IT Services industry.

Minimum 8+ years of experience selling Software Solutions or IT Services - mandatory.

Strong experience selling into North American markets - mandatory.

Robust understanding of IT services engagement models, including:
Time & Material (T&M;)

Fixed Bid

Dedicated Development Teams

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience engaging CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers.

Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-driven, structured, and process-oriented.
