Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to management.

Key Skills Required
- 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys active sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and closures, rather than primarily HR operations or employee engagement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
