Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met.

Lead, coach, and mentor teams to achieve performance targets.

Handle customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently.

Prepare quality reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements.

Manage e-commerce operations, including product listings, order management, inventory coordination, and marketplace performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, compliance,



and company policies.

Required Skills:
Relevant experience in BPO, Customer Service, Quality, Team Handling, or E-commerce Operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts (where applicable).

Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
