If you have hard-core UK destination expertise, especially deep, proven knowledge of the university admission process, and a demonstrated track record of successful placements, you won't need to climb the ladder at Charms — you'll be fast-tracked straight into the Destination Manager role, with the recognition, autonomy, and compensation to match your experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on top-ranked UK universities, programs,
and courses based on their academic profile and career goals
- Advise students on program-specific admission requirements, GPA/test score benchmarks, and prerequisite courses for top UK institutions
- Identify and guide students toward relevant scholarships, entrance awards, and merit-based funding opportunities at UK universities
- Match students to the right course and university combination to maximize admission and scholarship outcomes
- Handle student and parent queries professionally, including detailed academic and program-related questions
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions at top UK universities
- Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update student records in CRM
- Stay updated on UK university admission cycles, program changes, scholarship criteria, and immigration/study visa policies
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams
