Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis sessions.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Support UAT, deployment, data migration, and user training.
- Provide post-go-live support and process improvement recommendations.




- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Zoho implementation or Functional Consulting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of APIs/integrations is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Zoho Certifications preferred.
- Experience with Deluge scripting is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
