Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural, interior, and construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare BOQs, material estimates, quantity take-offs, and project cost estimates (for Estimation roles).
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Review project specifications and resolve design-related issues.
- Support project planning, documentation, and execution within timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or other design software is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials,



and detailing.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience (Role-wise)
- Architect (Foundation Projects): 2-3 years of experience in foundation or structural-related projects.
- Architect (Commercial Projects): 2-3 years of experience in commercial building projects.
- Senior Architect: 5-10 years of experience in commercial projects with leadership and project coordination responsibilities.
- Interior Designer (Fresher): Fresh graduates with strong design skills and software knowledge.
- Senior Interior Designer / Architect: 6+ years of experience in
