Responsibilities are as follows:
- Identify and prospect channel partners - Chartered Accountants/ Property Consultants/Wealth Managers through _daily market visits (Yes, we strongly believe that cold callingmake the best sales leaders)_
- Build relationships/alliances with Chartered Accountants,



Independent Mortgage Advisorsand small to mid-size Mortgage Advisory Firms to generate Mortgage Leads
- Create and maintain a database of CAs and sub-DSAs in the assigned geography
- Keep a track of Chartered Accountants of clients serviced by us and explore incrementalbusiness opportunities from them
- Client Interaction to understand their mortgage requirements clearly and explain ourproposition to them
- Understand various technicalities and suggest the most appropriate mortgage to clients
- Daily reporting on update/ progress.
- Deliver on monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets

Experience
- 1-4 years total experience in Relationship Building & management *
- Experience in corporate sales or channel development desired will be an advantage
- Understanding of client segmentation of Chartered Accountants and having any existingrelationships with CAs or Mortgage Advisors will an advantage
