Role: - Debt Specialist

Experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience in Banks/ NBFC/ Debt focused investment banks.
Department: - Capital Markets
- Within the Capital Markets team of JLL Mumbai, we have an opening for a position of Manager/Sr. Manager. The member would form part of the west team and would work on all kind of Structured financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and originate quality debt financing opportunities across Real Estate, Logistics & Warehousing, Education, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors throughout Western India

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with promoters, developers, and key decision-makers in target sectors

Transaction Execution: Structure optimal debt solutions, conduct credit appraisal, and manage deal flow from origination to closing

Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modeling, cashflow analysis, and risk assessment for potential transactions

Due Diligence:



Coordinate financial and legal due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors

Market Intelligence: Monitor market conditions, lending trends, and competitive landscape across focus sectors

Required Qualifications
Experience: 6-8 years in real estate debt financing, investment banking, or lending

Technical Skills:
Strong financial modeling and credit analysis capabilitiesDeep understanding of loan structures and project financeExperience with debt syndication and capital markets transactions

Industry Background: Prior experience with Banks, NBFCs, or debt advisory firms preferred

Relationship Network: Existing connections with Western India real estate market stakeholders advantageous

Education: MBA Finance/CA/CFA or equivalent qualified qualification
