About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the expansion of the AVM Smiles network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding Franchisee Partners. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining the business model, and converting prospects into successful partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on franchise/business leads.
- Explain the AVM Smiles DSO business model to prospective partners.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team after partner confirmation.
- Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.




- Share market insights and competitor feedback.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Franchise Sales, or Inside Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in English and any two South Indian languages is preferred.
