BRIKitt is looking for a detail-oriented Tally Executive to manage day-to-day accounting entries, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions in Tally.
- Manage sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and maintain accounting records.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and filing.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Generate financial reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and Tally.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a real estate or PropTech company is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Salary: Upto ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
