Operating strictly as a prop trading desk, Evitaas trades exclusively using internal firm capital and does not manage or accept funds from external clients, High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), or institutional investors.

As part of its expansion, Evitaas is establishing an operational trading entity in GIFT City, IFSC under the regulatory jurisdiction of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA). We are seeking a Compliance Officer to design, implement, and maintain the compliance architecture for our proprietary trading operations.

Role Summary

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for building, managing, and sustaining the regulatory compliance framework for Evitaas’s GIFT City entity. The role covers regulatory licensing, policy development, trade surveillance, exchange/broker regulatory compliance,



counterparty due diligence, risk management controls, and direct interface with IFSCA and relevant exchange bodies.

Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance & IFSCA Readiness:
- Lead the regulatory setup, licensing, and compliance implementation for the IFSC proprietary trading entity.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable IFSCA regulations, circulars, notifications, and market infrastructure rules.
- Manage regulatory approvals, submissions, filings, declarations, and formal correspondence with IFSCA and connected stock exchanges (e.g., India INX, NSE IX).
- Track evolving regulatory developments, capital markets policies, and exchange rules, assessing their impact on trading operations.
- Maintain a central Regulatory Obligations Tracker and ensure adherence to all operational conditions imposed by regulators.
