About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor website rankings, traffic, and overall SEO performance.
- Assign tasks, review work quality, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track team productivity and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and other departments to execute SEO campaigns.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and industry best practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Resolve team queries and support the professional growth of team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or a related field preferred).




- Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on SEO experience.:
- Prior experience in handling or leading an SEO team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple SEO projects.
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.
