- To act as bridge between Service team and Factory / Technical / Design / supply chain

To convey issues of field to backend teams teams for CAPA

To convey backend requirements for implementation to Service team

To assist in formulation of Service SOPs - technical part in detail

To work in direction of improving service work Productivity in Survey / Installation and post warranty working

To give training to stakeholders

To visit escalated sites for gathering data

To audit Sites and fabricator factories

Formulation of Technical SOP




Technical SOP to be released across all
Monitoring of NCR ( Non conformance report ) with timelines
Coordination with service team and backend teams across factory/technical team for data collection and review at plant level for closure
Training to service team
Coverage of all service team members for all modules identified
Escalated technical issues resolution
Visit to escalated sites for onsite issue observation
Improvements initiative with measurements of level achieved
Listing of initiatives along with monitoring of improvements with some defined measurement process
