About the Role

We’re hiring a full-time, on-site video editor who understands how to create _high-performing social media content_.

This is not a generic editing role you should know how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds, retain viewers, and optimize content for Instagram performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content daily
- Add captions, hooks, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design:
- Turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos:
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
- Work closely with the team on-site for quick turnaround and iteration
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and viral editing styles

Requirements:
- Must be based in Mumbai and available to work on-site full-time:
- Solid hands-on experience with Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects:




- Proven experience editing Reels or viral short-form content:
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior:
- Ability to edit fast without compromising quality:
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling

Bonus
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or personal brands:
- Familiarity with CapCut / DaVinci Resolve:
- Basic understanding of content performance & analytics
