About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a quick-moving, digital environment,



they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for an innovative and driven Compliance Officer to assist our Product team in implementing the next generation of AI within regulatory compliance. You'll maintain and improve our global standards across the company.

What you'll be doing
- Driving the review, remediation, and gap analysis of regulatory obligations and control mappings to ensure comprehensive coverage across multiple jurisdictions and domains
- Collaborating with Data Scientists to evaluate, provide feedback on, and continuously improve AI models
- Partnering with Compliance and Data Science to pressure-test our AI models, identifying gaps and improving the evidencing of controls
- Educating and training personnel on regulatory requirements to foster and maintain a high-priori
