- 10-15+ years of leadership experience in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, business development, and organizational leadership.
- Strong understanding of construction project management, banking, government regulations, and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.

- Lead market research and competitive analysis to support business growth and innovation

Financial Leadership
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
