Job Summary:
The Production Helper supports day-to-day manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and ensuring smooth production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators
- Load/unload materials
- Move materials using approved equipment
- Support packing, labeling and dispatch
- Clean machines and work area
- Assist setup/changeovers
- Segregate scrap
- Handle/store tools properly
- Follow supervisor instructions
- Report issues/hazards
- Follow PPE and safety rules
- Support other departments

Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 8th/10th Pass
- ITI preferred





Required Skills:
- Basic manufacturing knowledge
- Ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit
- Teamwork
- Positive attitude

Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts
- Able to lift materials safely
- Comfortable in manufacturing workplace
