We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Brand Manager who can build our digital presence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Develop engaging content ideas aligned with the brand strategy.
- Write captions, coordinate content production, and publish content.
- Monitor trends and create timely, relevant content.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers.
- Manage influencer collaborations and campaigns.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Track performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.




- Coordinate with the e-commerce team for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management.
- Experience with D2C, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, beauty, or nutraceutical brands is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
- Highly organized, creative, and proactive.
