We are looking for a Workplace Associate (Front Desk) to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our Hyderabad office. This role is responsible for delivering a qualified front desk experience, coordinating workplace services, supporting employees and visitors, and ensuring operational readiness across the site.
What you will do:
Front Desk Management:
- Manage the reception desk during business hours.- Register visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security procedures.- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor arrangements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Workplace Operations Support:
- Support the daily operations of the workplace, ensuring office readiness and smooth functioning.
- Coordinate housekeeping, pantry services, stationery, and office supplies.
- Raise and track gate passes for visitors, contractors, and employees.
- Coordinate courier dispatches and monitor deliveries.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Support workplace events and employee engagement activities.
Cafeteria & Pantry Management:
- Coordinate cafeteria and pantry operations.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and employee satisfaction.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to address operational issues and improvement opportunities.
Employee & Visitor Experience:
- Provide prompt support for employee workplace-related requests.
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements for visitors and guests.
- Escalate workplace issues to the Workplace Operations Manager when necessary.
- Deliver a seamless and positive workplace experience for employees and visit
