Profile Overview

We are looking for an Educational counsellor and admission counsellor for our company. As an Educational and Admission Counsellor you'll be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career opportunities, eligibility, fees, and the admission process.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into admissions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective students throughout the admission journey.
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.




- Follow up with prospective students through regular communication until the admission process is completed.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on counseling activities and admissions.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with robust interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
