NoLabels is a premium women's western wear brand with retail stores in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Amritsar, along with a growing online presence. We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media & Content Marketing Executive who thinks like a brand builder first — someone who can spot a trend, turn it into a Reel, run the ad behind it, and know why it worked. This is a creativity-and-brand-building role, not a purely performance-marketing one.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content
- Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, static posts, and campaign creatives.
- Coordinate photoshoots and stay on top of the latest social media trends.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and sales.





AI-Powered Creative Development
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
- Create AI-assisted posts, banners, promotional creatives, videos, product mockups, and lifestyle visuals.
- Explore and adopt recent AI tools to improve creativity, quality, and output.

Website & Campaign Management
- Manage website banners, product listings, landing pages, and promotional updates.
- Coordinate website updates for campaigns, launches, and offers.
- Keep the website visually appealing and optimized for conversions.

Meta Ads & Performance
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROAS.
- Run paid campaigns for launches, promotions, and seasonal sales.

Influencer Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with relevant fashion and lifestyle influencers.
