The Academic Center Head is responsible for overseeing the overall academic, operational, and administrative functions of the center. The role involves ensuring academic excellence, faculty management, student satisfaction, admissions support, industry collaborations, and achieving institutional growth objectives while maintaining high standards of education and student engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership
- Lead and manage all academic activities across departments.
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, academic policies, and institutional standards.
- Monitor the quality of teaching, learning outcomes, and student performance.
- Develop academic calendars, timetables, and semester plans.
- Conduct faculty evaluations, classroom observations, and performance reviews.
- Encourage innovative teaching methodologies and experiential learning practices.

Faculty Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise faculty members.
- Allocate teaching responsibilities and monitor faculty productivity.
- Conduct regular faculty meetings, workshops,



and training sessions.
- Ensure timely preparation of lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Support faculty in curriculum enhancement and professional development initiatives.

Student Engagement & Development
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and academic performance.
- Address student concerns and maintain a positive learning setting.
- Guide students in portfolio development, internships, industry exposure, and career opportunities.
- Organize workshops, seminars, exhibitions, fashion shows, design showcases, and cultural events.

Admissions & Business Development
- Collaborate with the admissions team to support student enrollment targets.
