Goals and Objectives:
Responsibilities:
- You will partner local business unit heads, providing digital input on business initiatives and drive changes.
- Interact between business “end users”, Global and Regional IT colleagues in the UK and HK and IT vendors to resolve incidents and deliver on requests/projects.
- Manage local IT projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and participate in the execution of global or regional IT projects and initiatives.
- Manage the global vendor staff to provide End User Computing (EUC) support. Provide full in-person EUC support to users where required.
- Produce Standard Work as required, both for internal use and for use by third parties
- Responsible for local IT Cost management/reporting and budgeting/financial planning process
- Ensure IT compliance in line with Company Policies & legislation, including audit support.
