POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced real estate sales professionals who can effectively manage the

complete sales cycle - from lead qualification and client consultation to site visits, negotiations, and

closures.

while maintaining a consultative approach to sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads generated through the company's marketing

channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Conduct project presentations, consultations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with developers regarding inventory, pricing, and project updates.
- Negotiate and close transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to business growth through networking, referrals, and market outreach activities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales.




- Strong understanding of residential, commercial, luxury, plotted, and investment real estate.
- Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Qualified, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Experience selling premium or luxury real estate projects is preferred.

MARKETS & PROJECTS

The role involves selling projects across: Gurugram, Delhi NCR, Noida, Punjab, Mumbai, Goa,

Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Dubai.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Fixed Salary (Based on Experience)
