Data Scientist - Job Description (5+ Years Experience)

Position: Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models.
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate business insights.
- Build predictive, classification, and recommendation models.
- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Design and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems using data.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy through continuous optimization.
- Create dashboards and reports using visualization tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies.

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Python, R*, andSQL*.
- Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.




- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Spark or Hadoop is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant Data Science or Cloud certifications are an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI projects.
- Experience deploying models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
