Position Summary
The Bartender will be responsible for beverage preparation, guest engagement, inventory management, hygiene, sales growth, and maintaining Firgun's hospitality and operational standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation & Quality
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, garnish, and serving standards.
- Ensure proper use of glassware and serving techniques.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Follow beverage costing and portion control standards.
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome every guest warmly and professionally.
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
- Upsell premium beverages, signature cocktails, and food pairings.
- Deliver personalized hospitality that creates memorable guest experiences.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build relationships with repeat guests while representing Firgun's hospitality philosophy.
Sales & Business Growth
- Promote signature cocktails and premium beverages.
- Increase average beverage spend through effective recommendations.
- Support seasonal beverage promotions and special events.
- Contribute ideas for current beverages and menu improvements.
- Assist in achieving monthly beverage revenue targets.
