Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and campaign copy.
- Monitor trends, viral content, and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant.
- Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Run paid social media campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications




- 2-5 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills using social media insights and Google Analytics.

Job Location: Genora workspace, Lakshimi Mills, Coimbatore

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
