Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will connect with PhD scholars, researchers, academicians, and educational institutions to understand their research requirements and introduce our research guidance and technical support services. This is an office-based position that offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in client acquisition, business development, and qualified communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable research guidance and technical services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with researchers, scholars, and academic institutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Technical and CRM teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.




- Achieve monthly business development targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Requirements:
- MBA/BBA or any Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred).
- Strong English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
