Filohevis is a growing fashion brand focused on building a strong D2C presence through great products, content, and performance marketing.

We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our Meta advertising performance and help us scale efficiently.

This is not a role where you simply launch campaigns and report numbers. We need someone who can deeply analyse campaign performance, identify what is working and what isn't, regularly review creatives, and proactively recommend what we should test, change, and scale.

What You'll Be Responsible ForMeta Ads Management & Performance
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.




- Analyse key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV, CAC, frequency, and overall revenue contribution.:
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while reducing inefficient ad spend.
- Conduct regular campaign audits and identify performance gaps.

Analysis & Insights
- Provide regular, actionable performance reports and insights — not just screenshots of Ads Manager.
- Analyse campaign, audience, placement, funnel, product, and creative-level performance.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour and campaign performance.
- Clearly communicate what happened, why it happened, and what we should do next.:
- Track performance against targets and proactively flag issues before they become major problems.
- Help build a structured testing and optimisation framework for Meta.
