Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects across multiple business domains.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and analyze business processes.
- Perform GAP analysis and recommend standard or customized Odoo solutions.
- Configure Odoo functional modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Solution Design Documents.
- Collaborate closely with technical developers for customization and integration requirements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.
- Provide functional training and user documentation to end users.
- Support data migration, validation, and master data configuration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodology and business process mapping.
- Expertise in Odoo functional modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Accounting & Finance, HR & Payroll, Project Management, Helpdesk,
- Experience in requirement gathering, GAP analysis, workflow design, and solution documentation.
- Knowledge of data migration, user training, and change management.
- Ability to work with technical teams for customizations and API integrations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
