We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging e-learning content that drives performance, supports development goals, and aligns with business needs.
This position will be based in Hyderabad - India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion high-quality learning design by mentoring peers, promoting best practice and providing expert guidance to support the successful delivery of learning solutions.
- Design and develop engaging, e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360
- Translate complex information into explicit, concise, and compelling learning materials
- Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements to support content development
- Ensure all learning content is accessible, inclusive, and culturally sensitive for a global audience
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Support the localization and translation of content where required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Instructional Design Fundamentals: Understanding adult learning principles and agile learning approaches.

- Media & Interactivity: Basic skills in building interactions (click-to-reveal, branched scenarios, quizzes), and using audio/visual assets.
