We are looking for an ambitious and execution-driven Recruitment Specialist who understands that recruitment is not

simply about sourcing profiles—it is about identifying the right talent, maintaining momentum across every stage of the

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or specialization in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition is mandatory, with demonstrated strength in profile screening,

sourcing, interview coordination, and vacancy closure.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for trackers, reporting, data organization, and recru
