We are hiring for our client for an Insurance process based in Mohali. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Intern to join the Insurance Operations team. The role involves supporting insurance operations, documentation, and compliance activities while gaining practical experience in insurance administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize policy records, quotations, and claim-related documents.
- Upload and manage documentation on internal platforms and software.
- Use insurance systems for data recording and processing.
- Maintain communication records in CRM tools such as Zoho.
- Assist in organizing compliance-related documents.
- Support the updating of compliance trackers and checklists.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and securely maintained.
Required Skills:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
