Business Development Manager (BDM) - Domestic Staffing

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for Domestic Staffing services across India.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Understand client hiring requirements and work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and grow existing client accounts to maximize business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and business reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging hiring demands.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 2-5 Business Development professionals.

Required Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Development within Domestic Staffing, IT Staffing,



Non-IT Staffing, or Recruitment Consulting.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
- Strong network with corporate clients and hiring managers across India.
- Experience handling Permanent Staffing and Contract Staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Existing network of HR leaders, hiring managers, and corporate clients is highly preferred.
