You2Social is a rapid-growing digital marketing and branding agency based in Nashik. We work with businesses across multiple industries, helping them grow through social media, branding, performance marketing, content creation, and websites.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to approved content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and the creative team to execute content plans.
- Research industry trends, viral content, and platform updates to generate fresh content ideas.
- Assist in developing social media strategies for different clients and industries.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience engagement when required.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all client accounts.
- Assist with basic Meta Ads activities and campaign coordination.




- Attend internal meetings and client discussions when required.
- Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Freshers with strong knowledge are welcome).
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn new tools, trends, and marketing strategies
