Job Description:Primary Hindi Teacher

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging Hindi language and literature lessons in alignment with educational boards like CBSE or specific school guidelines.
- Skill Development: Enhance students' reading, writing, and vocabulary by focusing on alphabets (varnmala), word patterns, sentence structures, and correct pronunciation.
- Interactive Learning: Utilize child-centric methods such as storytelling, role-plays, rhymes, and creative activities to make language learning enjoyable. [1]
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create and administer worksheets, quizzes, and formal assessments to track academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Parental Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents to share updates on student development and address any learning challenges.
- Classroom Management: Ensure a disciplined, inclusive, and safe learning environment tailored to diverse student learning styles.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Hindi or a related field,



combined with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of spoken and written Hindi, along with working proficiency in English for administrative and parent communications.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching primary or elementary students is highly preferred.
