Service Advisor
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry
- Experience in EV service is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their service requirements
- Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Keep customers updated on service progress
- Handle warranty and service documentation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Good technical understanding of automobiles
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Computer knowledge and documentation skills
- Valid driving licence preferred
