Job Summary - Sr Manager - Epic Program Management:
We are seeking an experienced leader to establish and lead the Epic Program Management function at PGC. This role will drive strategic healthcare technology programs involving Epic implementations, integrations, and operational management. The leader will identify and develop Epic-related opportunities that can be supported from PGC to reduce administrative burden, enhance caregiver productivity, and improve care delivery outcomes. The role requires deep expertise in program planning and execution, organizational design, talent acquisition and development, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and go-live leadership, with a robust focus on quality, timelines, and organizational readiness.

Experience:
