Key Responsibilities:Solution Consulting
- Understand customer business processes and operational challenges.
- Conduct discovery workshops with prospective customers.
- Translate business requirements into product-based solutions.
- Recommend best practices aligned to customer operations.

Product Demonstrations
- Deliver engaging online and onsite product demonstrations.
- Customize demos based on industry and customer scenarios.
- Showcase LogStarCloud capabilities to CXOs and business users.
- Build demo scripts and customer-specific use cases.

Technical & Functional PreSales
- Prepare solution documents and functional proposals.
- Support RFI/RFP/RFQ responses.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOW).
- Create solution architecture presentations.
- Explain product capabilities, integrations and implementation approach.

Sales Enablement




- Partner with Global Sales Managers during the sales cycle.
- Participate in customer meetings.
- Handle technical and functional objections.
- Assist sales teams in closing strategic opportunities.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions for internal sales teams.

Product Feedback
- Capture customer feedback and enhancement requests.
- Work closely with Product Management on roadmap improvements.
- Analyse competitor products and recommend differentiators.

Bid Management
- Prepare commercial assumptions with Sales.
- Estimate implementation scope.
- Identify project risks during presales.
- Support contract negotiations from a solution perspective.

Skills & Experience: 8-12 years of experience in IT Product PreSales.
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, TOS, WMS, SCM or Logistics software.
- Exceptional storytelling ability to articulate customer challenges, business outcomes, and the value proposition of LogS
