As we scale our operations, we need a versatile leader who can drive growth and ensure delivery excellence. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on project management, serving as the vital link between our clients and our technical teams.

The Role

You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all client engagements at Enzo Solutions. From the first sales pitch to the final project delivery (and beyond), you will own the relationship and the roadmap. This is a high-ownership position for someone who thrives on both winning deals and shipping excellent products.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Growth
- Identify and target new business opportunities across web development, mobile apps, and SaaS verticals through cold outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and pitch decks; negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Represent Enzo Solutions at industry events,



client meetings, and digital forums

Project Management & Delivery
- End-to-end ownership of project lifecycle: planning, scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to optimize team velocity
- Monitor project health using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana; proactively resolve blockers to prevent delays

Client Relationship Management (Single Point of Contact)
- Serve as the primary liaison for all clients—from onboarding through post-launch support
- Conduct regular status meetings, present progress reports, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Handle client feedback, change requests, and conflict resolution with diplomacy and solution-oriented thinking
