Responsibilities
- Call potential patients and provide information about dental services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Follow up with interested patients.
- Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain call records and update details in the system.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for appointment management.
- Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in *Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil* (any one language is mandatory).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with a calling-based role.
- Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
