Andin Design Studio is looking for a passionate Architect to join our growing team. If you enjoy designing meaningful spaces and want exposure to both Architecture and Interior Design, this is an excellent opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural and interior working drawings.
- Develop layouts, space planning, and design concepts.
- Coordinate with Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing consultants.
- Attend site visits and client meetings.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- B.Arch with 1-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
