About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
- Qualify leads and understand potential customers' requirements.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system.
- Regularly update lead status, follow-up dates, customer interactions, and appointment details in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely communication.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with potential customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Manager regarding leads, appointments, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
- Track pending leads and ensure that no potential enquiry is missed.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals,



and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, appointments, and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and lead-generation reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Participate in sales and marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales, telecalling, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Should be confident in making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the sales team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

What We Offer
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experie
