Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management on business and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and litigation matters in coordination with external advocates.
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation, records, and case files.
- Assist in company registrations, licenses, renewals, and other regulatory filings.
- Review company policies and recommend updates to ensure legal compliance.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical solutions to business-related legal issues.
- Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and legal professionals as required.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Support the HR department on employment laws, labor regulations, and disciplinary matters when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal and business information.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal practice or as a legal consultant.
- Solid knowledge of corporate law, contract law, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
