MIS Executive / MIS Analyst - Operations & Reporting

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive / MIS Analyst to support operations through reporting, data analysis, and inventory tracking. The role involves preparing business reports, monitoring key metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track sales performance, inventory levels, stock ageing, and order fulfillment metrics.
- Monitor inventory availability and support replenishment planning.
- Reconcile sales, returns, and claims data.
- Generate dashboards and management reports for business performance review.
- Analyze sales trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, supply chain, and other internal teams for accurate reporting.
- Maintain product master data, pricing, and SKU information.




- Support forecasting and inventory planning activities.
- Track promotional activities and evaluate campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, operations, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
- Experience handling large datasets and preparing reports.
- Understanding of retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or distribution operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketplace or quick-delivery platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar reporting tools.
