Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and project objectives.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, space plans, and mood boards.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Select furniture, lighting, colour schemes, finishes, fixtures, and accessories.
- Produce detailed working drawings and specifications for project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare project estimates, material schedules, and procurement documentation.
- Stay informed about current design trends, materials, products, and industry standards.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, Lumion, Enscape, or other rendering software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, furniture, lighting, and building regulations.
- Excellent creativity, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail interior design projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Robust client relationship and project coordination skills.

Working Conditions
- Office-based with regular site visits and client meetings.
- Collaborative work environment involving architects, contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required to meet project deadlines.
